REFUELING SYSTEM (200 GPM)
Pump:
Gorman Rupp centrifugal, PTO driven

Filter/Separator:
200 GPM with differential pressure gauge.

Water Detection:
System in filter/separator sump, electrically controlled.

Meter:
200 GPM rated w/ large numeral counter, registers in whole U.S. gallons.

Pressure Control:
Pump by-pass valve.

Piping:
150 PSI rated working pressure, stainless steel.

Hose Reels:
(1) sized for 60’ x 1 ½” hose & (1) sized for 60’ x 2” hose, non-ferrous internals, explosion-proof electric rewind motors and switches, auxiliary manual rewind.

Hose:
(1) 50’ x 1 ½” aircraft refueling type certified API 1529.
(1) 50’ x 2” aircraft refueling type certified API 1529.

Nozzles:
(1) overwing refueling type with swivels, screens.
(1) underwing 2 ½” international standard 3-lug nozzle w/ quick disconnect, hose end pressure controller & 3” electrically operated deadman valve (brake interlock in nozzle holder)

Static Ground Reel:
Spring rewind with 50’ of cable.

Bottom Loading:
System w/ high-level shutoff, deflector, brake interlock and precheck.

Fire Extinguishers:
(2) UL rated 20-BC, dry chemical, with mounting brackets.

Ladder Brackets:
On rear bumper

Defuel System:
Defuel through bottom loading connection.

TEST
Flow tested w/ fuel for performance to rated specifications.

Complies w/ latest NFPA standards #385 and 407.
